Rodda was backed up by Tegan Smith – who scored one goal – to close out a 3-2 victory.
Souths took on Services and the two sides couldn’t be split. Steph Buytaert, Meg Lye and Jodie Ellis scored for Souths while Services’ goalscorers were Gabbi D’Ambros, Tanish Donnelly and Michelle Aslin in the 3-all draw.
The final match of the round saw Olympians register a 3-0 win over Tudors.
Attacking weapons Em Chaffey, Emma Clifton-Smith and Millah Green all scored but coach Andrew Farmilo was most impressed with the shutout.
“Definitely, that’s probably been our weak point, our defence,” Farmilo said.
“Everyone played pretty well, we were a bit more controlled this week and didn't create the turnovers we have in the past, that was encouraging.”
