Want to see how the automotive course gives students hands on experience with engines? Take a visit to the Tamworth campus car workshop. Considering a culinary career? Check out the TAFE’s state-of-the-art industrial kitchen.
It doesn’t matter when you drop in, there will be someone there to help you. The TAFE has even extend its opening hours, from 8.30am to 6pm, so potential students can drop in on their way home from work, or after the morning and afternoon school run. If you can’t make it to the Tamworth TAFE campus, there will be a information stand at Shopping World on Thursday, June 22.
Across the New England region, TAFEs are seeing an influx of enrolments in nursing, early childhood care, event management, beauty therapy and Aboriginal studies.
