The Glen Innes & District Services Club and Carlos IGA Netball squad will look to take off from where they started last weekend when they meet for their second regional training session. Held at Sport UNE, the day will start at 9.30am and have a heavy focus on fitness.
Assistant coach, Marryanne Perkins will be facilitating the fitness testing where all athletes will be provided with a tailored program for the Christmas break.
The Armidale City Bowling Club Mountain Biking squad will also convene for their second regional training session at the Piney Trails bike track in Armidale. The six-hour session will see all the athletes allocated a mentor (coach), who will go over a two-month training plan based on the information from their first training session.
Several guest coaches will be in attendance, including nationally accredited coach Dave Harris.
