Cricket NSW Game Development staff hosted a registration day at the Manilla Central School last Tuesday to establish a new MILO in2CRICKET program for the community.
Development Manager Kathy Barber was delighted with the response with 10 people aged from 5 to 12 years registering on the day.
The program is to be hosted by CNSW Development Staff Liam Cameron from the UK and Chris Dempsey from Ireland. Both are currently plying their trade with City United for the Summer and working as casual cricket coaches across the region.
The program will run on a Tuesday afternoon from 3.30pm to 4.45pm at Manilla Central School until December 13 initially, and then from February 14 through to March 20.
To register visit www.playcricket.com.au. Each player that registers receives a MILO In2CRICKET participant pack that includes a backpack, bat, ball, shirt, hat and water bottle.
