Police are appealing for information after three guns were stolen during a break-in at Gunnedah.

Some time between June 28 and July 13, a house on Sanders Place was broken into while the occupants were on holidays.
The thieves broke into a gun safe and took three firearms: a .22-calibre Lakefield mark 1 rifle; a .222-calibre Remington 788 rifle; and a 12G Brazil single-barrel shotgun.
Other items were also stolen from the home.
Detectives from Oxley Local Area Command are continuing their investigations and urge anyone with information about the break-in or the whereabouts of the firearms to contact police.
