Adrian James Boucher has been in custody since he was arrested in a police sting in December last year by detectives attached to Strike Force Jenning.
In a brief appearance in Tamworth Local Court last week, Boucher pleaded guilty to three offences including supplying drugs on an ongoing basis, using a carriage service to access child pornography and possessing child abuse material.
Boucher was charged with three further offences including supplying drugs, knowingly taking part in the supply of prohibited drugs and possessing drugs which will now be taken into account when he is sentenced in Tamworth District Court next month.
Boucher made no application for bail during the proceedings and will remain behind bars.
The operation was launched in October last year to look into the ongoing supply of drugs in Tamworth before it unravelled with a series of arrests in December.
The plea of guilty comes after several of Boucher’s co-accused were committed for sentence in the district court.
Trent Reid and Peter Green have pleaded guilty to a raft of drug and weapons offences stemming from the investigation by detectives last year.
Meanwhile, three other co-accused including Cinthia Reid, Michael Sadler and Justin Heywood will fight the charges with their cases headed to trial.
Samone Hall, who is charged in connection to the Jenning operation, remains on bail before the court.
