John Daniel Munro, 18, has pleaded not guilty to the wilful and obscene exposure to three women in Armidale in three separate incidents dating back as far as December last year.
Munro fronted Armidale Local Court yesterday for the first time since he was arrested and charged in March.
Police allege Munro exposed himself to a woman walking along a bike path – which is at the centre of the investigation into all three incidents – near Centennial Close on March 15.
Witnesses came forward shortly after the incident before police were able to identify the person allegedly responsible.
He was charged the same night with two previous offences, including an incident on February 17 where he allegedly exposed himself to a woman as he walked along the bike path.
Munro is also pleading not guilty to an incident on December 22 where he is accused of exposing himself as he rode a bike along the same bike path.
Magistrate Karen Stafford has adjourned the case to June while Munro remains on bail.
