Two of the Turn The Page tour stars – Luke Austen and Luke Dickens -– who won Toyota Star Maker in 2010 and 2011 respectively – arrived in Tamworth on Thursday and left after a hectic round of media commitments which they will continue in earnest, visiting locations on their month-long tour that starts on June 27.
Riverstone Memorial Club is the launching pad for the tour, where the two Lukes will be in the fine company of 2004 Star Maker Travis Collins and 2009 Star Maker Liam Brew.
It’s going to be a big month for the four talent quest graduates, who’ve individually gone on to carve out successful solo careers. With 20 concerts in 31 days in regional NSW, Victoria and Queensland, they’ll end up at the Great Western Hotel in Rockhampton on July 27.
In between, the star-power foursome will return to the Country Music Capital for a concert in Blazes at Wests on Saturday, July 6 – the main event of the Hats Off To Country Festival. Tickets are now on sale at the club and online.
