At this time of year we thank everyone for continuing to support and drive Tamworth and our region. We all look forward to that continuing in the year ahead.
We live in a special place where the spirit of the people is at the forefront at all times and which makes a tremendous difference to where we live.
At this time of year we need to think of those less fortunate and do what we can to assist and share the festive spirit. To those organisations in our community who help the disadvantaged, sick and lonely, we thank them for their special effort at this time.
Christmas is about family and friends and I wish everyone a safe and happy Christmas and the very best for the new year.
It is also important to remember the reason for the Christmas celebrations. It is not just about the presents, it is about goodwill to all mankind.
May the joy of Christmas be a blessing to everyone.
