Christmas Fair helps the Brain Foundation

ON BEHALF of the Brain Foundation and the community of North West NSW I would like to thank The Northern Daily Leader for its support of our Christmas Fair held in Tamworth on November 24, 2012.

The day was our most successful to date, with many people turning up to enjoy the wonderful stalls and entertainment events we had scheduled. This year the weather was truly beautiful and anyone who attended would have enjoyed listening to the wonderful pipe band and watching the kids learn how to belly dance whilst sitting under the shady trees.

The range of stalls this year was nothing short of amazing; we had jewellery, handcrafted glassware, delicious olives, cosmetics and soaps, metalwork, art and framework, garden furniture, designer clothing, imported homewares and interior decorating items, plus delicious home made food.

The feedback so far has been “that the variety of stalls and quality of items for sale was excellent and the festive Fair experience is lots of fun”.

All this of course is only possible through the support of our sponsors as it is your contribution that helps the committee finance and organise the day. Once again due to the success of the event, we will be able to make a sizeable donation to the Brain Foundation so that another researcher will be supported to further the amazing work that the organisation does.

We hope that you have enjoyed being part of our Christmas Fair 2012 and we look forward to holding the Christmas Fair again on November 16, 2013.
