Two teenagers on a scooter have been left seriously injured after they collided with a white Toyota hatchback at an intersection in Sydney's west. The video, from Dash Cam Owners Australia, shows the exact moment at the St Mary's intersection, when the teenagers smashed into the car's side and were catapulted high into the air. A witness can be heard in the video saying, "Jesus! F***ing hell!" None of the teenagers seen in the video was wearing helmets. One of the teenagers' friends, who was riding on another scooter, is seen rushing over to try and drag his mate, who is suspected to have a spinal injury, off the road. He then jumps on the back of another victim's scooter and takes off, leaving his injured friends behind. A neighbour and witness, Christine, said it was "quite scary". "You have the police doing the best they can, and then you got kids who are doing things and have no accountability from it," she said. Both the passengers and riders were treated at the scene by paramedics and taken to Westmead Hospital in a serious condition. IN OTHER NEWS:
