Your new role
We have a full time Permanent position to join our Workers Compensation department in Darwin, NT. Joining an existing well-established team, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively managing a portfolio of claims in the Northern Territory. This includes Specialised and Supported Claims' segment from claim lodgement to finalisation, and to deliver an exceptional customer-service experience, to our insureds and internal and external stakeholders. This role plays a pivotal part in the customer service experience, with a strong focus on injury management and optimal return to health and work outcomes, for injured persons
