UX Product Designer

Your new company
You'll be joining an Australian E-Commerce start-up, this client offers a dynamic culture and the opportunity to play a huge role in shaping the design system and strategy for one of Australia's most exciting start-ups.

Your new role
You'll be joining as a Product Designer, you'll be establishing the design strategy whilst also managing everything HCD related. This role has the potential to turn into a leadership position within the next 6-12 months once the initial design blue print and strategy has been implemented.

The company operates in a dynamic space so this is a great opportunity to get in early and have a huge influence on shaping what promises to be one of Australia's start-up successes.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have 6+ years in UX/Product design, if you have experience in helping to strategically grow a start-up or within the e-commerce / retail space then this would also be advantageous.

You should have a passion for creating meaningful experiences and have a strong design portfolio; both from a research & UX standpoint and also have some great visual / UI design examples.
