Transition Readiness Lead

Your new role To be able to the achieve the overall testing and release schedule for a key Transition Program within a large financial institution to ensure business and technologies impacted are ready to be transitioned.

• Define Test framework and Test Strategy for the Program in collaboration with all stakeholders
• Develop and own the test plan for the Program
• Define Release management framework for the Program and obtain endorsement from stakeholders
• Define go-live readiness management framework for project with Leadership team
• Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release/go-live

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating business and technology testing
• Strong testing and release management experience
• Proven ability to exercise strong and effective leadership across multiple teams and different entities
• Experience in negotiating with key stakeholders to achieve a win-win situation
• Extensive experience in coordinating multiple teams to achieve activities within the Release Schedule
