About Our Client
Our client is a leading FMCG brand in the food industry, specialising in the distribution of agriculture goods.
Job Description
The demand /inventory analyst role will include the following responsibilities.
- Actively participate and assist the wider Supply Chain team in export and order management processes
- Manage incoming stakeholder enquires regarding orders, stock and lead times
- Maintain all incoming export and order issues, actively participate in problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process bulk orders and manage life cycle from order to distribution of stock
- Effectively evaluate and troubleshoot stock or distribution related issues
The Successful Applicant
- Strong knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Minimum two years' experience in a supply chain or shipping role
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High level computer and written literacy, including Excel skills
- Sound exposure and understanding of stock and inventory processes
- Exposure to shipping, supply chain & stakeholder engagement
