Supply Chain Administrator

Your new company
This multinational corporation based in Western Sydney is looking to bring onboard a customer-focused candidate to join their Supply Chain team on a fixed-term contract basis. This organisation is a world leader in the Electronics and Technology Manufacturing space, with leading shares in many segments of the ANZ market. They are a rapidly expanding company and are looking to add to their team.

Your new role
Sitting within the Customer Service Division, the duties of this diverse role include:

• Knowledge of product & spare parts master data and BOMs.
• Creating, updating and maintaining master data & BOMs using SAP and other Supply Chain systems.
• Customer management providing ETA’s and purchase order support
• Inventory management and investigating discrepancy issues.
• Participate in demand forecasting, production planning and purchasing processes.
• Raise, track and receipt purchase orders with local & overseas suppliers.
• Work closely with the service and dispatch teams to ensure the right items are dispatched on time and correctly.
• Coordinate import documentation and clearance processes.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will be a driven hard-working Customer candidate with previous experience working in the Supply Chain industry. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong numerical skills and an excellent eye for detail. You will have knowledge of ERP systems, with proficiency in SAP being highly desirable. You will also have a working knowledge of the complete MS Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills.
