Service Designer / User Researcher

Your new company

This opportunity is in a large Federal Government Department dedicated to protecting, preserving and ensuring the prosperity of Australia's environment, water resources and agriculture. You will join a division that is specifically working to reform the department’s export functions and pursue a deregulation agenda.

Your new role

• Join a newly established Hub, which is leading a highly participatory process to design a future traceability ecosystem that meets the needs complex value chains, and helps realise deregulatory benefits.
• You will be responsible for designing the end-to-end journey of services across transactions, products content and business processes.
• You will also design and undertake user research with relevant industries, consumers and the Department.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will have demonstrated experience with service design and user research tools and methodologies, with the ability to develop and deliver concepts and services.
• You will also have experience leading design engagements to bring together diverse stakeholder groups.

• You will also have experience working in Agile, multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex problems while addressing emerging challenges.
