The Client
Our client is a well-known and respected South East Queensland Property Developer with an impressive array of projects in the pipeline. The Role
As the Senior Contracts Administrator, you will manage the administration and contracts related to the development currently selling. A key aspect to this role will be liaising with external stakeholders and fostering these relationships, whilst managing the administrative side of the sales process for the sales manager. This will include:

  • Process and management of all contracts and associated documentation
  • Liaising with internal and external Development, Conveyancing and Legal teams, as well as Project Sales teams
  • Reporting from CRM as required
  • Ensure relevant Contract Management System are always up to date
  • Monitor contract dates including Subject to Finance, Payment of Deposits and Settlements

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • 3+ years experience within a similar role
  • A thorough understanding of residential contracts, Conveyancing background would be looked upon highly 
  • Intermediate Level of Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
  • Self-motivated with a great work ethic
  • Team Focused
  • High-level attention to detail
  • Professional phone manner
