Your new role
In your new position you will be managing the procurement of assigned categories to identify, develop and implement sourcing and category strategies. This role will support the cost reduction initiatives by developing and participating and leading strategic sourcing initiatives and ensure alignment with the organisation’s regional and local business unit strategy, develop and maintain contingency plans and having strong control for day-to-day purchasing activities. This Senior Category Manager is also responsible for the management of assigned supplier performance against standard requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have FMCG industry experience with demonstrated sourcing experience. You will have experience in supplier negotiations, strategy setting and plan implementation, You will excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience working in a fast paced environment.
