Our Client is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Security Coordinator. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for the management of the site security team, ensuring the delivery of customer service focused security solutions and providing high quality leadership to your team and clients.
This position will be responsible for:
- For overseeing the day to day security operations
- Managing shift rosters including core and ADHOC shifts
- Providing leadership and operational support to security employees
- Managing quality systems to ensure compliance
- Service delivery quality assurance including auditing and reporting requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum Certificate II in Security Operations
- Current Drivers License in State of employment
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Current Security License and Crowd Control License in State of employment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed client service skills
- Customer Service experience
- Flexibility to work within a rotating 24/7 roster
- High personal integrity and grooming standards
- Profiency with the MS Office Suite
- Ability to interpret and apply government legislation and regulations
- Security experience - preferably in a security or aviation transport environment
- Previous experience in a highly regulated environment
- Security officer experience, preferably in a retail/commercial environment
- Organised - outcome and deadline oriented
