Your new role
- Generate sales leads by researching potential customers online
- Make 30-40 outbound calls a day to acquire new customers
- Onboard new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Achieve and exceed weekly and annual sales targets
- Assist with customer service duties during peak times
- Work closely with other business departments to ensure continued business success
- Organise bookings and provide regular updates to your customers
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience in the Transport/ Logistics industry strongly preferred
- Salesforce experience is preferable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers
- Passion for Customer Service & Problem solver / Solution focused
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
