Full job description

Bright personality, empathetic chiropractic assistant required with outstanding organisation skills and an interest in natural healthcare.


We are looking for a highly organized, neatly-presented Chiropractic Assistant to be responsible for our office's front desk duties. The Chiropractic Assistant's responsibilities include typing reports, answering e-mails and phone calls, scheduling appointments, and welcoming patients.


To be successful as a Chiropractic Assistant, you must be able to work with sensitive patient data and maintain confidentiality. You should also be able to multitask without sacrificing accuracy in your work. Top candidates will be able to work under pressure and do so with a smile on your face.


Preferably, at least 12 months experience working in a reception role and some knowledge of medical terminology.


This is a job share position of 12 - 20 hours per week. There are 2 shifts per day: just before 8am - 1230pm, and just before 2pm - 630pm Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
