Production Team Leader

Your new company
Your new company is based in Brisbane's Southside and is a leader in their field. They are looking for a Production Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis to control the day to day production operation of the business.

Your new role
Your role will see you overseeing the following but not limited to;

• Assist with the planning, organising and implementing of production schedules in consultation with the General Manager
• Supervise and co-ordinate a small team of Production Assemblers
• Replace 2ic to General Manager whilst off site/ absent eg client meetings or annual leave
• Manage and implement WH&S Policies and Procedures
• Assist with the production components and assembling parts to meet customer productions and specifications
• Be accountable for the day to day production and warehouse operation performance, including inbound and outbound deliveries
• Conduct site inductions

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A positive attitude towards health and safety,
• High attention to detail and a proactive nature
• Exceptional communication skills
• Hand power tool experience is advantageous
• Enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work alone and in team environment
• Team leading experience
• Experience in manufacturing environment
