Labourer

Hays are partnered with a local construction company that specialise in rectification and repairs, they have a new project commencing in Newcastle. There is now an opportunity for 2 experienced labourers to work with their skilled team of Tradesmen.

Your new role
You will be undertaking a variety of roles including manual handling, operating power and hand tools, site clean ups and general construction work. You will be expected at times to take initiative and work independently to deliver high quality work results.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong physical ability and a motivated approach to your work
• Work with minimal supervision or as part of a team
• General use of hand and power tools
• OHS construction card & PPE
• Drivers licence and reliable transport

Whether you have experience in residential or commercial construction, or are looking for an opportunity to continue to develop your abilities and upskill - this role could be right for you. We are seeking candidates who have a positive work ethic and are self motivated to contribute.
