This council’s Development Assessment team is responsible for facilitating growth, modernisation, and commercialisation of this rapidly developing local area, supporting the best outcome for the developer and the community.
Your new role
With no signs of development slowing in the area, and with a large increase in development applications, the team are looking to bring on an experienced DA Planner to assist with a range of interesting applications. You will assist the team to help process applications accurately and within designated time frames.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience of Development Assessment in a NSW Local Government Authority, as well as a tertiary qualification in Planning or related field. You will have a can-do attitude and be competent when handling complex applications.
