Your new role
You will be managing inbound calls and emails from new and existing customers, processing orders and payments, updating details and handling general account queries. You will also maximise sale opportunities by identifying customer needs and discussing company promotions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in these roles commencing in early November you will be available to work across a rotating roster from 7 am to 7 pm from Monday to Friday, and 7 am to 6 pm Saturdays.
