About the Job

Due to recent internal move, Sodexo is now seeking a passionate, customer service centric professional to join our corporate team based in Sydney's CBD.  You will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience for our client’s guests.

This is a permanent full-time role, this is Monday-Friday 38hrs per week.   

About You

You love to provide high levels of customer service; enjoy a fast paced and busy environment and you understand the difference a smile and some helpful advice can make to a visitor's day.

You will have an extremely high attention to detail, a professional approach, and a proven history in providing a warm an embracing guest service within a corporate environment that requires adherence to regulations and site safety standards.

It will come without saying that you have high standards of communication, impeccable grooming and personal presentation and a desire to excel in every task you undertake. 

Requirements:

Our Concierge attendants are team players, they have a can-do attitude are flexible to follow various work instructions and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.  

  •  Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights  
  • Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
