Claims Assistant

Due to steady growth our Client; a successful Insurance Brokerage are seeking an experienced & ambitious Claims Consultant who enjoys dealing directly with clients across commercial and domestic claims. This role is an integral position within a well-known, respected and expanding brokerage in the Insurance Industry.

Key day to day responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance claims
• Finding the best solution for the clients
• Liaising with underwriters, clients and the Account Managers
• Ensuring customer service standards are met

To be Successful In This Role You will need:

• Solid experience lodging and managing claims
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and underwriters
• Proactive attitude
