Senior / Supervisor in Business Services to join a 3 Partner firm who describe themselves as believing that balance between work and life are is of the utmost importance to productivity and efficiency. The Role:

The position covers all aspects of Business Services. In addition to compliance duties such as preparation of tax returns and financial statements; payroll; and bookkeeping there will also be a healthy dose of advisory tasks your clients need taken care of such as management consulting, cashflow forecasting, benchmarking, strategic planning, business start-up, estate planning, and tax advice.

Progression:

Previously, the Partners took the lion’s share of responsibility for clients and the more challenging work. They have now gone away from this, to a more hierarchical structure where they have developed their Managers and senior staff to take the client pressures away from them. This allows the Partners more time to train & develop staff.

The added benefit to this is that there is plenty of room to progress within the firm to Supervisor, Manager and beyond – all whilst being more supported by the Partners.

Seeking 3 + years Business Services experience within professional practice.
