About the role
We are seeking an energetic and mature minded individual to assist in the management of day-to-day operations of our grain warehousing / distribution site at Trangie.

About your experience
Ideally, you will have some hands-on experience in a supervisory role gained within agriculture, maintenance, mining, rail or similar. However, we’re more than willing to develop someone into this role if they can demonstrate potential to be a good people leader. We’re looking for someone with good behaviours: committed to developing, supporting and engaging a team; able to build positive and productive relationships; self-managing and enthusiastic.
A good working knowledge of OH&S is preferred. Basic computing skills are required to work in our systems. Licences or certifications such as loader, skid-steer, H or M class licence and/or first aid would be advantageous.
* Please note this role requires extended hours at varying times such as harvest
