An Inverell man "lost almost everything" to bushfires but has scored a life-changing lotto win to the tune of $200,000.

Since his farm burnt down, the man's stress levels were through the roof and he didn't know how he was going to rebuild.
But he said a lot of those worries have been removed thanks to the big win.
"We had a massive fire rip through the farm, destroying it," he explained.
"I lost almost everything. There's barely anything left.
"It was terrible. I've been so stressed, worrying about what I've needed to do.
"This will help me get back on my feet. You have no idea how much this means to me. It changes everything for me. I will be able to rebuild my farm now.
"I am going to throw a BBQ and invite all my neighbours over to celebrate. This is certainly something that deserves to be celebrated."

The Inverell man was given a call on Tuesday morning to let him know he'd taken out the Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw.
"Holy dooley. I'm shaking. This is wonderful," he said to an official from The Lott.
"I just can't believe it. I am in tears.
"I feel so restless right now.
"I can't tell you how pleased I am.
"This is a lot of luck. Thank you so very much."
The winning entry was purchased at Inverell Newsagency. Owner Anthony Michael said he was absolutely thrilled the winning entry was sold to one of his local customers.
"It's absolutely incredible news," he said.
"I couldn't be happier for him, especially considering his circumstances.
"I hope this win makes a real difference to his life.
"Hopefully we sell some more of these major prize winning entries to our customers. It's amazing being able to change someone's life."
