The newly built house in Kootingal was targeted over the weekend, before the owners had even moved in.
Police said several electrical and household goods were stolen including a SMEG-branded electric oven, cooktop and rangehood, along with a Rheem instant gas hot water system.
Investigators are urging the public to be vigilant and report the stolen items which could be offloaded at cheaper prices.
Anyone with information on the thefts or who knows the location of the stolen goods is urged to contact local police or Crime Stoppers.
