A MAN has been charged with damaging a window at the Tamworth Police Station.

The 35-year-old allegedly punched the window to the station’s front door about 11am on Monday, as he left the building.

Six police gave chase before the man allegedly resisted officers’ attempts to arrest him outside the Tamworth courthouse.
