One lane of the Kamilaroi Highway has reopened at Quirindi under stop and slow traffic control as a clean-up continues after a truck fire.
The highway had been closed in both directions due to the fire at Taylors Lane.
Diversions along Werris Creek Road and Gap Road have been lifted.
Live Traffic NSW said motorists are still advised to allow extra travel time and take care in the area.

THE Kamilaroi Highway north of Quirindi has been closed after a truck caught fire on Wednesday morning.
The fire, near the intersection of Taylors Lane in the Quipolly area, has forced the closure of both lanes.
Fire crews are on scene trying to battle the blaze, with police setting up road blocks.
Traffic diversions are also being set-up to move motorists around the site, via Quirindi.
Motorists are being asked to avoid the area and can travel via Taylors Lane through Quirindi.
It’s understood the truck is carrying fertiliser.
More to come.
