Santa has been run off his feet across Tamworth and surrounds over the past few weeks as well-behaved children line up to take his knee and fire off their Christmas wish lists.
At Tamworth Square on Monday morning, Santa was being kept busy with requests for everything from drones to dolls.
“Christmas is nothing without the kids,” he told The Leader.
“A lot of kids wants drones and motorbikes, barbie dolls this year.”
But those wishes won’t be answered unless the children behave themselves.
Santa made his way to Tamworth Shoppingworld on Monday afternoon, where he had just one piece of advice for the kids.
“I tell them to be good,” he said.
“You might see some people walk past with a bit of a frown on their face, you give them a wave and you end up with a smile.
“Lego and barbie dolls are popular this year.”
