Why did you start your business?
 Simply put, because we love real estate. To be in this industry requires a lot of skill, patience and personal drive to make things happen, but it is also incredibly rewarding.

To compete at the high level we do, you need to live, sleep and breathe real estate and that’s what we do because we love it.

What are the top three services you offer your customers? Buying a home, selling a home and managing their investment property.

What do you love most about your service-product?
That we get to meet so many people, we take a lot of pride in what we do. We manage someone’s biggest asset and we take that very seriously.

What do you do differently from other businesses?As a team we want to really focus on supporting the community of Tamworth and the New England. High on our radar for 2018 is the sponsorship and support of various sporting and charitable associations local to our area. Some of these include Magpies Rugby Club and North Tamworth Junior League, Tamworth Show Jumping Society, Tamworth Cycle Club and many more.

Professionals the group has a real focus on charitable causes being a diamond partner with the national breast cancer foundation.

How do you maintain a work-life balance? I have a young family and I am acutely aware that I won’t get this time back. So making time for the family is not an issue for me. I feel very fortunate to be able to work with some amazing colleagues who all enjoy each other’s company, enjoy what they do and have similar family values.

What’s ahead in the industry you are operating in? If I was to speak about one topic that might be on our immediate radar it would be the advent of competing business models within our industry and how we take advantage of those competing models (i.e. DIY sale models through some flat-fee offices).

I believe agents today need to always think about how they can add more value to their clients experience than the next agent or office. Can you create meaningful, valuable referrals and partnerships for your client? Can you either help save or make money for your client inside and outside of their property transaction?

Where do you hope to see your business in five years’ time? Continuing to lead our marketplace with specialised advice and support for our clients.

Our offerings will push the boundaries of what historically has been considered normal practice for an agent because our sole focus will be to offer the best value.

Tania has a combined 24 years’ experience in the property management field of real estate. 

She has 13 years’ experience in residential property management and currently 11 years’ experience in commercial property management. 

Property management is Tania’s passion.

Her dedication and commitment to her role has in turn provided the accolades and success she has achieved over the years.

Sales support manager, Dee Plowman 

Dee has more than 10 years’ experience in the Tamworth real estate industry incorporating both sales and marketing. 

Diligence, focus, professionalism and creativity drive her passion to ensure Professionals Tamworth remain a market leader well into the future.

Property and strata specialist, Katie Woods 

Katie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team, working in the industry for more than 15 years, having operated her own small Real Estate Agency in Tamworth. 

A licensed real estate and strata managing agent, Katie prides herself on her retention of long term clients through her commitment to honest and consistent communication. 

Strata and commercial asset manager, Brett White 

Brett relocated from Sydney to Tamworth in 1988. 

His expertise includes major project management, catastrophe management, training, mentoring, systems management and mediation. 

Brett is a licenced strata manager and is also a valued member of our commercial property management team.
