Wild action at PBR invitational
They’re calling it a showdown like no other.
There’ll be 22 riders all eager for glory as they strive to overcome the power of the 52 most extreme bucking bulls in a head to head battle of power, agility and the fight of the fittest 8 seconds at a time.
Head to Tamworth’s AELEC for the PBR Invitational this Saturday. It all kicks off from 7.30pm and tickets start at $46.50 and are available from the venue or online.
Fresh produce aplenty at farmers market
IF IT’S fresh and home grown local produce you’re after, then look no further in Tamworth.
Head along to the Tamworth Farmer’s Market this weekend where it’ll be your one stop shop for all your fresh produce needs on Sunday with a variety of food and other items available.
Head to Kable Avenue between 8am and 1pm to pick yourself up a bargain.
Art lovers at Nundle show
It’s an art lovers dream at the CWA Art Show in Nundle this weekend. The event will be open between 10am and 5pm on Saturday and 10am and 4pm on Sunday at the Nundle Memorial Hall.
Fun at the fair
Head to Quirindi this Saturday for a feast of fun and shopping in time for Christmas.
The Quirindi Public School is again hosting their Fair in the school’s stunning grounds, kicking off at 10am.
There’ll be over 40 stalls including tombola, lucky dip, lolly stall, cupcake decorating and show bags, books, lemonade, balloon guessing competition!
Witness the magic of Annie on stage
With a stellar local line-up, you can’t miss the Tamworth Musical Society production of Annie this weekend.
Sing along at the Tamworth Capitol Theatre on Saturday at 2pm and 7.30pm.

IT’S all about the women of music at The Longyard hotel this weekend with some spectacular live music on display.
Join the Jody Direen Duo at the venue over two days - on Saturday from 8pm and on Sunday from 2pm.
Katie Brooke will also take to the stage at The Longyard from 12pm.

Tamworth Lions Club Book Sale
Tucked away in the piles of books at the old Tamworth Showground Pavillion this weekend could be the biggest collection of Mills and Boon novels you have ever seen.
The sale will be held at the Showground Pavillion from Saturday until Sunday, November 19 between 9am and 5pm.
