What is physie?
Physie is a combination of Jazz, Ballet, lyrical and contemporary and pilates.
The APDA Dance Tamworth Club has grown to almost 100 girls and ladies since we started in February 2012 with The Australian Physie and Dance Association.
Under the guidance of Australia’s finest creative Physie and Dance instructors and choreographers Apda has created an innovative dance sport which aims to bridge the gap between Physie and the world of contemporary dance.
Teacher Leigh Botfield is extremely proud of the club’s fantastic achievements.
Physie and Dance is fun, challenging for girls from 3 years to Ladies it is friendly, affordable and builds confidence like no other sport.
