ACTIVITY DAYS: 0:00:00 at Oxley Bowling Club. A reminder to all St Nicholas’ Seniors Club members that our November Activity Days in 2017 will be held at Oxley Bowling Club on Tuesdays November 14 and 28 at 1.30PM until about 4PM. MEETING: 6:30PM at Rear of Life Church, 156 Marius Street, Tamworth. Tamworth Recreational 4WD Club was formed in 1976 by local four-wheel-drive owners. We are a family-orientated club and caters for family participation in recreational four-wheel-drive touring and camping trips into bushland areas of the great natural beauty and attraction. Club trips can be one day or weekend drives into the state forests and national parks of the local and nearby regions. Trips of longer duration to various parts of Australia (eg Simpson Desert, Fraser Island, Cape York and Kakadu, just for ideas) are planned annually and in advance. The choice of trip you take is entirely yours, from easy scenic trips to beautiful areas of near inaccessible terrain. Other activities include social outings, bush camping, bush walking, fishing, driver training days, Christams in July, demonstrations and inter-club activities. VIEW CLUB MONTHLY MEETING: 7PM at The Mill - Tamworth Longyard Golf Club. Tamworth Evening VIEW Club members are reminded that the next meeting will be held 6.30 for 7PM, Tuesday, 14th November at The Mill - Longyard Golf Club. Friends and interested ladies are also very welcome to attend, but are reminded that numbers need to be in by the previous Sunday. While the meeting will be held a week after the Melbourne Cup race, all members and their guests are urged to Dress for the Big Race with prizes awarded for the best dressed. There will also be a racing quiz on the night. Members are also reminded that the election of office bearers will be held at this meeting and are encouraged to nominate for a position on the committee.
