The annual convention was attended by believers from 22 congregations stretching from the mid north coast to south Queensland, with another 2000 from 26 other congregations attending the same convention this coming weekend as well.

This year’s convention centred around the theme Don’t Give Up, with the mass attending 52 short discussions, videos, demonstrations and reenactments.

Organiser Peter Hyde said that the event “helps us to see how God’s word not only provides wise direction on how to cope with the various stresses, and issues that face us all, but also to see how we can get power from God’s word, and importantly use what we have learned.”
