The rodeo will be the last in New South Wales before the end of the Australian Professional Rodeo Association season and some competitors will be competing with the primary aim of qualifying in the top 15 for The Warwick Rodeo APRA National Finals on October 26-29 at Warwick in Queensland.
Caban’s toughest opposition in the barrel race is expected to come from standings leader Jo Caldwell from Murrurundi.
Caban has won titles galore in the APRA and shows plenty of class in the barrel race and breakaway roping.
