After another strong season breakaway Jack Barker picked up the best forward award while fellow backrower Nat Ellerton was adjudged the most improved and backrower/winger Ethan Dickie won the coaches award in his first season of first grade.
As well as honouring the standout performers across the four grades, Saturday’s presentation night recognised those that had contributed off the field as well as on it.
Michael Pearce won the Adrian Klasen award for the front rower of the year, while Kieran McHugh received the Black and White Tudor Rugby Union Cup for the Best Clubman, Angus Lang won the McIntosh Family award for Junior Clubman. U19’s hooker Lachlan Urquhart picked up the Bernard Bentley Trophy, Simon Groth the Old Buffers Trophy and Kevin Dickie and Bernie Klasen the Good Companions Hotel Trophy.
