Details of the plan will be official announced by Deputy Prime Minister and New England MP Barnaby Joyce tomorrow, who will be joined in Armidale by Social Service Minister Christian Porter and Assistance Social Services Minister Zed Seselija.
Mr Joyce has been open about his support for settling refugees in regional NSW, who have the potential to reinvigorate small communities.
