Former local Robert McDougall and his Les Misérables cast mates Daniel Belle and Kerrie-Ann Greenland will perform in Epiphanies at the Tamworth Captiol Theatre on Saturday, August 5.
Backed by an 18 piece orchestra, Epiphanies is bound to blow audience members away with some of the greatest pieces of music from the best known shows of the 20th and 21st centuries.
The concert is made up of songs from Beauty and the Beast, Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, Mamma Mia, The Secret Garden, Chicago, Sunset Boulevard, Funny Girl, Hello Dolly, Chess, Songs for a New world, Sweeney Todd and Carousel to name just a few.
It is a fundraiser for Mental Health Research presented by Rotary Health and Clubs NSW.
Local stars Peter Ross, Gabriela McDonald, Brookie Gillett, Lara Northey and Ann Walsh will join as special guest artists, accompanied by an orchestra of local and Sydney musicians.
The concert was put together by Mr McDougall who began his musical theatre career with the Tamworth Musical Society and now teaches, performs and produces in theatre in Melbourne and Sydney.
Tickets are available from the Capitol Theatre for the not-to-miss special fundraiser performances at 2pm and 7.30pm on Saturday, August 5.
