With their enormously popular sound, Here We Go is their eighth studio album and features the number one hits Cowboy and Dam Fun.
The Sunnies have spun 12 fresh new yarns rooted in the sun-kissed soil of rural and regional Australia.
It’s a dedication to the working men and women who keep the wheels turning and Australia fed, overflowing with fired-up summer anthems and hymns to family, mateship, hard work, and the incomparable Aussie summer.
With big changes in their lives since the album was released, Sophie and Celeste drop the latest single, Where I Wanna Be, to mark this moment in their lives.
It’s been a year of new releases and new arrivals for the girls so far, following a busy schedule at the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
“We've done a lot of moving around over the last 12 years - touring and running a muck - living up our 20s and having a blast,” Sophie said of the last few years.
“We've now entered a new chapter of our lives where we're happy to stop, smell the roses and spend quality time at home with our families - something you can often take for granted when you're younger.
“While Less is spending more of her time down in Hamilton, VIC breeding and training her beautiful kelpie pups, I'm enjoying living in Gunnedah NSW being a new mum to my gorgeous baby boy, Jack.
“When you look at what's happening around the world right now, it makes you realise how truly lucky we are to live where we do. We're right where we wanna be, and we wouldn't change a thing.”
In true Sunny Cowgirls style, Sophie and Celeste can’t stay off the road for too long and will perform at both the Gympie Muster and Deni Ute Muster, their fifth year in a row at the festival.
Their third single, Where I Wanna Be is available for purchase now at most music stores along with their album; Here We Go.
