“I thought we were really bad. It was all one-out and there was no team-work,” he said.
“I thought we defended well but the ball movement in the midfield was very poor. Everyone just ran to the circle.”
He felt it was a bit a hangover from their big last round win, but also scoring early and thinking it was just going to happen.
“We were probably guilty of trying to pick up Isaac [Farmilo] all the time when there were players in better positions,” Farmilo said.
Following up his 10-goal haul the previous game, Isaac netted three of Workies’ five goals.
Neil Wood scored the lone goal for a Souths side that were without Jeremy Blakely and Harper Galvin due to NSW 18s commitments. Workies were also missing Ehren Hazell for the same reason.
