Officers were called to the intersection of Ebsworth St and Bridge St on Sunday afternoon after the lights kept skipping, sending traffic banking up.

Police tried to re-set the lights but specialist technicians from Coffs Harbour have been called in, and are set to arrive late on Sunday night to fix the issue.
