The Redbacks, a dominant force all season, posted an impressive 220 after electing to bat with Michael Payne top-scoring on 69.
Payne hit nine boundaries during his sparkling knock and he was ably supported by an impressive Emily Rixon (45), while Craig Salter (23) and captain Bronte Reed (20) produced valuable cameos in the lower-order.
Old Boys never looked likely in the chase, skittled for 99 in 39.5 overs.
Brett Follington (5-23) was the chief destroyer, while Gary Fox (2-13) also impressed with the ball.
Norths were 4-67 in its second innings when the match was called off, much to the delight of the Redbacks faithful.
