Daniel Nash continued to dominate the Tamworth Triathlon Club long course series with another powerful performance on Sunday.

Fresh from a 20th overall and third in his age group finish at the Coffs BCU Triathlon the previous weekend, Nash completed the 300m swim, 18km bike and 4km run in 46 minutes and 54 seconds.

He was almost four minutes clear of his nearest rival David Fleming (50.10mins).

Mick Dormer (53.30) was third for the second race in a row. Mia Cottrell-Dormer was the first female across the line and just a minute behind while Codie Cottrell-Dormer took out the junior race in 17.34mins.

It was the club’s last long course race for the season and followed some great results at Coffs.

Sharna Tapp won the female division in the enticer triathlon while Malcolm Nash was the first male in the 50-54yrs category to finish.

In the kids triathlon Zane Tapp was the third 12-year old home and 13th overall in the 12-14yrs race.
