Produced by Grammy winning producer Luke Wooten and written by Jasmine Rae, Bob Moffatt, Clint Moffatt and Shelley Skidmore the song received international recognition last year when it was announced as a Grand Finalist in 2016 International Songwriting Competition.
“This song is an outlet to vent, let out your frustrations and express yourself,”Rae said.
The music video was shot on a beautiful property in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney, and it premiered on CMC last Friday. It is also the channel’s “Country Pick” this week.
“The character I play in the video is at breaking point after being financially abused by an apparent stranger,” she says.
“She’s got to a point of feeling the need to kidnap him, tie him up and make him suffer.”
Next month Jasmine Rae will feature in the main stage line-up at CMC Rocks Queensland, which will include international and local big name stars such as The Dixie Chicks, Little Big Town, Kip Moore and Lee Kernaghan all at the one venue.
